If you forget your theSUITE password, follow the below instructions to reset your password:

1. Go to theSUITE at https://www.samsungsuite.com/my-suite/
2. Select the Change Password in the upper left corner

If a match is found for your email address in theSUITE, you will receive an email confirmation within 5 to 10 minutes, but it could take up to one hour to receive. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
