FibroidVue™ begins with 3D volume acquisition using an endovaginal transducer and automatically segments the uterus and endometrial cavity. Clinicians can navigate axial, sagittal, and coronal planes and map individual fibroids using single-click automatic detection, single-plane ellipse tracing, or dual-plane geometric definition, depending on lesion morphology and image characteristics.
The workflow supports FIGO-based classification and structured reporting by displaying each lesion in a color-coded 3D model. The pictorial report can document fibroid measurements, estimated volume, relationships to the endometrial cavity and serosal surface, and other anatomical information relevant to preoperative fibroid mapping.
Through representative clinical cases, the paper illustrates applications in multiple myomectomy, hysteroscopic planning, and complex gynecologic assessment.
